Warmer Kiwi Homes - 2025 programme expansion

The Government is expanding the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme, promising broader access to insulation grants for households in middle-income areas
IAONZ have today welcomed the news that Minister Simon Watts has opened up another 300,000 homes becoming eligible for insulation grants.
Members of the IAONZ Executive have been working with EECA and Minister Watts team providing solutions and idea's about how the Warmer Kiwi Homes programme could be expanded and we are excited to see this first step put into place.
“Healthier homes also mean less time off school and work, reduced emissions by saving on electricity use, and more work and manufacturing in the energy service sector.”
